The nearest towns are Presidencia de la Plaza, 9 km on the road National No. 16, and Colonia Elisa, 7 km, provincial road No. 9. Access from Resistencia to these places is on an asphalt road and the sections between these locations are gravel. There are over 340 species of birds.


In the southeast there is a large estuary, called Panza's Donkey, whose vegetation consists mainly of cattails that reach a height of 3 metri, così come erbe e sedges.
